Make the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre your first stop on coming to Belfast or contact us for information in advance of your stay. Located in the city centre with information on accommodation, visitor attractions, tours, events and transport within Belfast and Northern Ireland our staff are here to assist you in planning your visit.

Services include:

Information – VBWC can tell you what’s on and where to go. A range of free tourism literature which covers Belfast and Northern Ireland is available to help you organise your time here. Drop into the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre for a city map, the ‘About Belfast’ events guide, and a Belfast city guide which provides information on accommodation within the city.

Free WiFi – We have free customer WiFi so it's easy to plan your visit online or even just keep in touch with emails and social media while you're here.

Interactive Touchscreen Information - Our themed interactive islands and self-service touchscreen kiosks make it easy for you to have the information you need at your fingertips.

Accommodation Reservation – If you need a room we know where to stay and how to get there. With information on hotels, bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, hostels and self-catering premises the Belfast Welcome Centre provides an Ireland and UK-wide accommodation booking service.

Shop – For the perfect gift to take home to a friend or keep as a souvenir of your stay here, visit the Belfast Welcome Centre gift shop. A range of locally made products is available and includes Belleek Pottery, Hand Crafted Celtic Jewellery, Guinness Products, Souvenir Tee Shirts, Irish Linen, Irish Music, Local Maps, Posters, Postcards and a range of Irish Chocolates and Confectionary. A full range of official Game of Thrones ® merchandise is also available.

Tickets for Tours and Events – If you would like to explore the city we have the tour that suits your needs on foot, by boat, or by bus. We also sell tickets for many festivals and events in the city.

Left Luggage – While you explore or just find your feet we can take care of your luggage.

Bureau de Change – For your convenience we think we have thought of everything you might need during your stay here. If you need to change money call into the Belfast Welcome Centre and avail of our bureau de change facility.

June –September:
Mon - Sat 9am - 7pm, Sun 11am - 4pm
Oct – May:
Mon - Sat 9am - 5.30pm, Sun 11am - 4pm.
