About

Long Line Surf School is situated on Benone Beach and Portstewart Strand which offers a wide selection of packages from Beginner to Advanced surf lessons including school Board-Riders clubs.

Long Line Surf Cabin can be found on the boardwalk adjacent to the Benone Tourist Complex and at the entrance to Portstewart Strand.
Long Line Surf instructors are all fully trained surf coaches with WSA (Water Skills Academy) and Beach Lifeguard qualifications. The coaches have many years experience coaching and competing on the Irish tour with the Head Coach being a previous Irish Junior Longboard Champion.

Long Line Surf School are a Disability Surf Lesson provider in Northern Ireland who are willing to cater for all types of disabilities.

Long Line Surf School is open all year round. All our wide range of lessons are 2.5 hours long with all equipment provided. There are up to 5 lessons a day during the summer season and lessons run from 6:30am to 9:00pm.

Kids Camps run during Easter holidays as well as July and August, from 10:00 to 12:00 noon and have a package of 5 lessons for £70pp or £15pp for a lesson (full details on website).

Directions from Town:From Limavady: Long Line Surf Sachool is situated beside the A2 Coast Road, 12 miles north of Limavady. Continue for 6 miles until turning left at the Swann's Bridge T junction. Continue for a further 6 miles until you reach the signs for Tourist Complex located on the left hand side of the road. Google Maps Directions - type long line surf school, Benone From Belfast: Take the M2 North where you will exit onto the A26 sign posted for Antrim / Ballymena and Coleraine. Head straight for Coleraine. Once you arrive in Coleraine continue onto the A2 sign posted for Castlerock/Downhill. Follow the road past Downhill and you will find the sign post for Benone Beach which will take you on a right turn. Follow signs for Benone Tourist Complex. Long Line Surf School is located on the boardwalk left of the complex. Google Maps Directions - type long line surf school, Benone From Dublin: Follow road North to Newry and keep on the A29 towards Armagh. Follow signs for Coleraine. Once you arrive in Coleraine continue onto the A2 sign posted for Castlerock/Downhill.
