Our Customer Service desk is located within the centre on the lower mall opposite Boots, telephone 028 9023 4591. Friendly staff are available to assist with directions, purchase of Gift Cards, provide centre information, lost property, transport information and much, much more.

Our Shop Mobility service makes shopping more accessible for those who need it. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire from their store located just outside the centre on Gresham Street.

The car park is multi-storey and undercover, providing easy and convenient access to the centre.
