Meet the Buyer is Northern Ireland’s flagship B2Bnetworking event and will be taking place at Eikon Exhibition Centre, Lisburn on the 27th and 28th March 2025.
This event provides an ideal opportunity for NI industry to showcase their tourism offering to a pre-qualified group of international buyers from Northern Ireland's key markets.

Northern Ireland tourism businesses who:
• can offer net negotiated / commissionable trade rates
• can contract with tour operators
• can facilitate tour groups and prebooked FIT Business
• are focused on international markets
• have previously attended other B2B workshops such as Meet the Buyer, GB Coach and Group or ITOA Northern Ireland Workshop
The format
- 200 targeted international tour operators from 16 key global markets will come into the region to meet and do business with key representatives from a range of sectors across the local tourism industry.
- The opportunity to have up to 21 pre-scheduled 1-2-1 meetings with international tour operators from approx 16 markets facilitated through the Converve online platform.
- Over the course of the 2 day event, over 5000 sales meetings will take place to further position Northern Ireland as a first-class tourism destination around the globe.
