Belfast

Kingspan Stadium, Ulster Rugby

Location: 134 Mount Merrion Avenue, Belfast

Kingspan Stadium is home to professional rugby club, Ulster Rugby, with a capacity of up to 18,000 spectators. Hosting international and world games, the Kingspan Stadium is a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Belfast.

Titanic Belfast

Location: Olympic Way, Queen’s Road, Belfast

Titanic Belfast, the largest and most authentic Titanic Visitor Experience in the world is located in Belfast, a city rich in maritime heritage. The venue sits at the head of the Slipways, where the famous liner was built, and launched over 100 years ago. Located on the top floors of the building, and at the exact height of Titanic’s superstructure, the Titanic Suites comprise an unparalleled range of flexible function spaces perfect for exhibitions, conferencing, gala dinners and reception style events in elegant yet practical surroundings. Choose from the elegant backdrop of the Titanic Suite featuring the stunning replica staircase or the blank canvass of the Andrews Gallery with its exposed ceiling and wood floor. Belfast City Hall

Location: Donegall Square, Belfast

Located at the centre of the City, set in leafy Donegall Square, the magnificent baroque revival City Hall is the main civic space for Belfast. The building is conveniently located close to the City’s main conference venues, making it an ideal location for drinks receptions, conference dinners or tours to enhance your delegate’s visit.

Crumlin Road Gaol

Location: Crumlin Road, Belfast

Crumlin Road Gaol provides a unique yet functional setting for your conference requirements. From small meetings in the Governor’s Boardroom, to seminars and workshops in the Forbes Boardroom and large conferences in the Lanyon Suite.

Queen's University Belfast and Riddel Hall at Queen's University Belfast

Location: University Road, Belfast

At Queen’s University, the unique blend of the historic and the modern, together with the special atmosphere, offers an ideal venue for conferences, business meetings, exhibitions and presentations. Among the spaces available are the Sir William Whitla Hall, which can seat up to 1250 delegates or 350 for dinner or can be used as a standalone conference venue. The Great Hall which is one of the iconic venues in Belfast is also a flexible space where dinner for 150 or theatre style seating for 170 can be offered, the adjoining cloister and quadrangle lawn can be used for pre-dinner drinks.

Riddel Hall, located on the Stranmillis Road, has been renovated to retain many of its original features but incorporating the highest standard of modern technology. The Centre comprises 9 syndicate rooms and 4 larger lecture rooms. There are two Executive lounges and a range of break out spaces throughout the building. The original external courtyard has been enclosed by a glass roof and is now a multi-functional space.

Ulster Museum

Location: Botanic Gardens, Belfast

The Ulster Museum is home to exquisite collections of art, history and natural sciences and situated in the heart of Belfast, within Botanic Gardens. The stunning Art Galleries can accommodate large receptions of up to 1,500 delegates whilst gala dinners are perfectly suited to the contemporary Atrium. The Lecture Theatre provides an ideal environment for seminars and meetings for up to 200 delegates and guests. As part the experience, your delegates can enjoy a pre or post conference tour of the museum’s collections.

County Antrim

Hilden Brewery & Tap Room Restaurant

Location: Hilden, Lisburn

The Tap Room at Hilden Brewery is set in the Georgian Courtyard of Hilden House. It is located just 8 miles from the centre of Belfast in the village of Hilden (located 1 mile from the centre of Lisburn) and situated close to the local train station and other forms of public transport. There is parking for 3 coaches and approximately 50 cars on site. Brewery tours can be arranged for delegates to add to their experience. During the summer months there are Tipi tents on the grounds, which provide an amazing venue for both formal and informal gatherings and events - they can hold up to 200 people for dining and 300 standing.

County Down

Ballywalter Park

Location: Ballywalter, County Down

The home of Lord and Lady Dunleath opens its doors for those seeking somewhere exclusive for their corporate or other prestigious events. Set in magnificent parkland surroundings, historic Ballywalter Park presents a venue with a refined difference. All catering is done by Ballywalter Park's, in-house team, under the supervision of Lady Dunleath, a professional food historian.

Ballywalter Park is able to host smaller residential conferences and can provide overnight accommodation for up to 24 guests in 12 double or twin luxurious and individual bedrooms.

Hillsborough Castle and Gardens

Location: Royal Hillsborough, County Down

Hillsborough Castle is actually a Georgian country house – and one of our finest. It is the official residence of the royal family in Northern Ireland, and home to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. Now, you can enjoy the same elegant spaces and professional service previously reserved for presidents and princesses. Set within 100 acres of spectacular gardens, this inspiring and historic setting makes it a unique and memorable venue for dinners, receptions, meetings, corporate away-days and other celebrations. The stunning State Rooms provide capacity for receptions for up to 250 guests and dinners for up to 80 guests, and include the elegant State Dining Room, the impressive Throne Room and the relaxed Drawing Room. For larger events, a marquee in the beautiful gardens can host up to 350 for receptions or dinners, and can host up to 5,000 guests for open-air concerts or events.


Larchfield Estate

Location: Upper Ballynahinch Road, Lisburn

Larchfield Estate is situated just 20 minutes from Belfast City Centre or 1 hour 30 minutes from Dublin. The current owners opened the estate for events, conferences and weddings in 2007 and now host over 80 events a year. The Parkland estate, with lakes and stunning gardens offer a wealth of opportunities for all sizes of groups. From team building days to seminars, gala evenings to private dinner parties, the events team at Larchfield, including the owners, are on hand to offer tailored packages and a personalised service to ensure you will be well looked after. 360 people can be seated in the main room, with 3 connecting break out spaces also available, creating the perfect flow for events of all sizes. Adjacent to The Barn, the newly converted Stables is ideal for 170 delegates seated conference style, or 50 dining. The Stables also features 2 syndicate spaces perfect for delegate registration or arrival reception.


Rademon Estate Distillery – Home of Shortcross Gin

Location: Church Road, Crossgar

Rademon Estate in County Down is one of the oldest historic estates in Ireland, Shortcross has been distilled on the Estate, proudly Northern Ireland's first craft gin. Rademon Estate offers exclusive pre-booked tours and tasting experiences, these will unlock some of the secrets and skills that go into creating Shortcross. Pre-booked tours are held during the week with a minimum number of 12 people needed for a private tour. Rademon Estate Distillery is available for corporate and private events, where the experienced Events Curator will work with you to create an experience to delight your guests.

The Carriage Rooms at Montalto

Location: Spa Road, Ballynahinch

The Carriage Rooms at Montalto is a purpose built, one of a kind venue, with a 19th century listed mill at its heart and is capable of accommodating a broad spectrum of corporate events in a beautiful setting. Expansive areas both inside and out make almost anything possible. Ulster Folk and Transport Museum

Location: Bangor Road, Cultra, Holywood

The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum is situated in 170 acres of beautiful countryside and tells the story of life in early 1900s Ulster. The Irish Railway Gallery in the Transport Museum houses one of the finest rail collections in Europe. The collection tells the story of over 150 years of railway history in Ireland and is a unique setting for conferences, gala dinners and awards ceremonies surrounded by magnificent steam locomotives, passenger carriages and goods wagons. This spectacular venue can accommodate up to 300 guests.

County Fermanagh

Belle Isle Castle

Location: Belle Isle Demesne, Lisbellaw

Belle Isle Castle and Private Island offers total exclusivity with just over 400 acres situated on a private island on Lough Erne, County Fermanagh. The Castle, which sleeps up to 26, boasts stunning views across the lough and surrounding countryside. Capacity as a Corporate Venue is 65 adults. Activities at Belle Isle Estate are designed to develop leadership and problem solving skills, build a cohesive team and challenge attitudes. Lusty Beg Island

Lusty Beg Island offers Bed and Breakfast style 4-star guest accommodation. Each of the double, twin, triple and family rooms are designed with the guest in mind, giving the complete hotel feel. The Self-Catering Houses and cabins are designed for your comfort, featuring a separate living area and kitchen. County Londonderry

The Guildhall

Location: Guildhall Square, Derry ̴Londonderry

However, that's exactly what The Guildhall, the imposing neo-Gothic style building which dominates Guildhall Square in Derry City, also known as Londonderry, has managed to do. The main banqueting hall can cater for conferences of up to 200 clients, whilst the Whittaker Suite caters for a more intimate number of 20.

St Columb’s Hall

Location: Newmarket Street, Derry  ̴Londonderry

St Columb's Hall set in the heart of Derry~Londonderry city centre is one of the city’s most iconic buildings and steeped in local history.  Built in 1886 the hall has recently undergone a renovation and it is one of the unique event spaces the city has to offer. The main auditorium is perfect for gala dinner and award ceremonies. The main auditorium comfortably seats 280 guests with stylish reception rooms and main bar.
