During your visit you will be guided through a series of simple self reflective exercises which are designed to help you reconnect with your deeper self, and with the natural environment. You will be immersed in the natural surroundings of the historic Elmfield Estate and its trees which hold an inherent tranquillity. There is a profound feeling of tranquillity here.
