About

Begin a journey of self-discovery on this rejuvenating meditative experience.

International educator and psychologist Jane Shaw illuminates a path to wholeness and health by facilitating an experience of deep peace and calm for her guests. This experience weaves a series of meditative, movement and reflective practices that will take you on a mini journey of self-discovery.

During your visit you will be guided through a series of simple self reflective exercises which are designed to help you reconnect with your deeper self, and with the natural environment. You will be immersed in the natural surroundings of the historic Elmfield Estate and its trees which hold an inherent tranquillity. There is a profound feeling of tranquillity here. People speak of a sense of sanctuary. The connection you’ll feel here to the land and to the people who have lived at Elmfield over the years is a strong one helping to make your experience all the more valuable.

Your wellness experience will be enhanced by a locally-sourced, seasonal meal, with great awareness of the supply chain of each dish.

Spend an afternoon or day of slowing down and attuning to the rhythms of nature under the gentle care of Jane Shaw and her team at Elmfield. You’ll feel as if you’ve stepped-off the fast-turning wheels of life for a moment: recharged, restored and, reconnected.
