About

This is a wellness experience and combines two experiences in one. John from Mobile Team Adventure will be ready and waiting with his canoes where you’ll join him on beautiful Ballymorran Bay, on the shores of Strangford Lough.

You’ll paddle around the little islands on the Lough – and there are in excess of 300! You’ll immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of your surroundings. Strangford Lough is also a marine nature reserve, so you’ll probably meet some amazing sea life as you paddle around.

You’ll have worked up an appetite and upon your return Tracey will be at the shoreline as you disembark.  You’ll take a 2-minute walk to her home where she will have warm breads as they come off the griddle and her homemade jams and butters on the table waiting for you to tuck into. There will of course be Tracey’s delicious homemade cake on the table! A word of advice – bring an appetite! Tracey will demonstrate how to make Northern Ireland’s local bread – soda bread.

Have you ever wondered how to make your own soda bread? Now is your chance! You’ll take home your freshly baked soda bread and you’ll be proud of your achievements.
