About

La Sosta Restaurant was opened in 1995 by husband and wife team, Claudio and Maureen Antonucci have gained a reputation as one of the North West's finest restaurants. Maureen and Claudio's passion for food was cultivated and developed while living and working in Italy. They remain committed to their mission of bringing the best of Italian food to the North West. Ingredients are sourced from around Italy and dishes are interpreted from Abruzzo and beyond capturing the essence of all Italy.

La Sosta offers light modern Italian cuisine and is synonymous with fine food and elegant wine. Sommelier Claudio is always at hand to advise on the extensive wine list created to complement the varied and changing menu.

The restaurant is located in the heart of the city and there is a wonderful view from the conservatory over Derry and the River Foyle
