White Mountain Cottage

About

White Mountain Cottage provides comfortable & cosy accommodation with panoramic views of the famous ‘Slieve Gullion’.  This cosy countryside bungalow  is equipped with 2 generous bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with everything they will need for their stay.   It is a perfect place to relax & use as a base or stopover whilst exploring Ireland.
Bus stop- 1 minute walk from cottage.

Whether you are wanting a couple’s break, a family getaway or anything in-between, we are sure that White Mountain Cottage will not disappoint.
Our ‘exceptional’ reviews speak for themselves, we are best known for 10/10 levels of cleanliness, comfort and being a tentative host!

Our Cottage space is finished to high specification, with 2 bedrooms perfect for friends or family.   Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi and private parking are provided as standard.

The kitchen has a table which sits 4 guests (additional chair if needed). There is a 32 inch smart TV and leather sofas in the living room, with recliners. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher.   The property has an outside shed which has a washing machine and space to dry clothes.  There is also a outside clothes line if the weather is good enough to use! The cottage is also situated within a secure garden.

There are two bedrooms - one with a King size bed & the other with a double, both bedrooms have units for hanging clothes, drawer space and mirrors.  There is a sofa bed for an additional child, if needed.  Baby / Child accessories such as cot & high chair can be organised if required.

Phone coverage at the property is poor due to it's location and the surrounding mountains...however we see this as a positive,  as a chance to 'Switch off & Relax'.....however, once you enter the property you have good quality WIFI !

Closest convenience shop / supermarket - From the cottage your local shop is located Mullaghbawn Village, around 4 mins drive.  In this village there is also a Chemist, Chinese Takeaway, Chippy and Church.  The shop in the village also has a off-sales.

If you drive a little further to Camlough Village you will have access to a bigger supermarket (Hughes), Camocha Cafe's, Chemists, local bars, Off Sales, Hairdressers, Chinese Takeaways, Pizza Take away, Fiships Chippy & also a restaurant called The Yellow Heifer.   Camlough is approx 7 mins drive.
