The house has a modern open plan kitchen/diner/living area, 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 relaxing kingsize beds and 1 single bed all with luxury allergy bedding, Smart TV's with Netflix facility and much more in the 2 kingsize bedrooms plus WIFI (high speed internet). All bedrooms have blackout roman blinds. Bath and shower has hot water on demand with walk in rain shower.

The living room has a 48' smart TV with Wii and Xbox 360 consoles/games. All TV's throughout connected with Cat 7 Ethernet cable for high speed internet.
Fully fitted bright modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, Coffee machine, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Electric hob, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes line, cookware and tableware for 5 guests.

Newry has a Canal that runs through the city, it was opened in 1742. It is the oldest Canal in Ireland or Britain and when functioning as an inland transport waterway, it ran for 18 miles to Lough Neagh.  

A twenty minute drive from Newry you will come across the village of Rostrevor which lies at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, which is a mountainous area of outstanding beauty, perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the natural world.

Ideal for walkers or outdoor lovers and visitors looking to access all amenities but want to retreat to a quiet area.

What is fantastic about this home is its location situated 1 hour from Belfast and Dublin airports. 12km, from Newry City, 20km from Dundalk, 8km from Carlingford, situated in a quite area in the village of Omeath. Shelling Hill, Templetown and Giles Quay beaches 15 minute away.
