The Ulster Fleadh 2022

About

The Ulster Fleadh is a special event that all the family can enjoy with a mixture of free open air street events, pub sessions, concerts, Irish Language events, ceili's and competitions which display the best of Irish Culture. Fleadhanna have grown into huge community festivals too. Across these weekends thousands of young and not so young musicians will also be taking part in competitions and meeting up with friends to play music, share tunes and tell stories on the streets of the towns and villages alongside well established musicians.

This year the Ulster Fleadh, which is the highlight of the year for Irish music enthusiasts, will take place in the vibrant village Dromore, Co.Tyrone from the 17th – 24th of July. It is expected to draw thousands from across the island to experience the biggest cultural celebration in Ulster, returning after a 3 year hiatus post pandemic.

Full details of all events can be found on www.ulsterfleadh.ie, the Ulster Fleadh Facebook page and Instagram (@Ulster_Fleadh).” The Fleadhanna in Ulster are supported by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and the Dept of Arts Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
