About

The Christmas shop has a luxurious collection of hand selected Christmas decorations from all around the world, mainly from USA, and is open to the public.

Our Magical Grotto experience showcases an amazing Santa's grotto and walk around experience for adults and children, full of fantastic props, sets and special effects, including a wonderful simulated train journey with audio, visual and motion effects, 3 theatre shows including meeting our very own 3D animatronic elf show, all before meeting with Santa in his courtyard. (30-40 min duration) Booking required, tickets released 1st July each year.
