About

We are delighted to offer this Children's Christmas themed cake decorating class, at the Taphouse Restaurant, Orchard room in Bellaghy

The children will work independently on their own 6″ cake following supervision from Bronagh.
Class length approximately 3 hours
Skills included: working with and colouring fondant icing, covering the board with fondant, learning how to make buttercream, crumb coating the cake and some basic sugar work to create models for the cake.
Light refreshments included
Strictly age 10 plus, due to the requirement to work independently on their own cake some of the time
This is a "child only" class and parents/guardians will be given a time to collect the children
Please advise of any allergies or special requirements when booking
