About

Join our Marble Arch Caves Ranger, Dr Kate Crane, on a walk in the Cladagh Glen National Nature Reserve looking at the species of trees that grow in this beautiful nature reserve as we celebrate National Tree Week.

Kate will guide you through this ancient woodland, talking about the karst landscape and biodiversity of the area. You will gain a greater understanding of why the site is designated a National Nature Reserve and Area of Special Scientific Interest.

This event is taking place in celebration of National Tree Week, to celebrate our trees and woodlands.

The walk begins at the Marble Arch Caves Visitor Centre. Please register your arrival at reception 20 minutes prior to the walk beginning. The 12:00pm – 1:00pm session is Adult Only and the 2:00pm -3:00pm session is open to all ages. Please wear comfortable outdoor footwear and bring waterproof clothing for this event.
