About

Awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain & Ireland 2023.

After 20 years in London, working with Bruno Loubet, Gary Rhodes, Pierre Koffmann and Richard Corrgan, chef Chris McGowan has returned home with his wife, Davina, to transform a fine Georgian house into a bright modern restaurant.

With an open kitchen in the main restaurant, there are also x2 private dining rooms accommodating 14 – 40 people. Menus change daily and as its name suggests, some of the meats are gently brined usinq whey from a local dairy supplier.
