About

This is a State Care Monument consisting of a pair of earthen concentric rings with an inner and outer enclosure. The site is often referred to as "The Cups and Saucers" due to its shape.

Route:
From the car park at the North end of the village follow the sign on the uphill path to Lissanduff earthworks. Turn right over some steps on the banks leading into the monument. Lissanduff itself is quite unusual.  Locally known as 'The Cups and Saucers', the site involves both wet and dry circular earthworks. From this site there are fine views of Bushfoot Strand and Runkerry Point. Retrace your steps to the car park by the same route.

Take A2 from Portrush or Bushmills and then the B145 to Portballintrae. Car park at the north end of town. NOTE: There is no longer access to this site from Lissnaduff Avenue, only from main car park at river Bush.
