About

Armagh Ancestry offers a comprehensive genealogical service to those whose ancestors came from Armagh. It is the designated IFHF genealogical research centre for County Armagh.

We are able to offer an efficient and accurate service, for a reasonable cost and in a short time.

We have computerised ALL the Roman Catholic Church records from 1796-1880 and many Church of Ireland, Presbyterian, Methodist and Quaker Church records from the 1600's until 1900. We have computerised all Civil Marriage records for county Armagh from 1845-1921, and almost 80% of civil birth records from 1864-1921. We have also computerised many other genealogical records including, Census, Land valuations, Tax records, Flax lists, Hearth Rolls, cemetery records, etc.

Our records can also be access online at www.rootsireland.ie/armagh/ and by registering with this website you will automatically be notified when we add new records to our database.
