About

Distillery or Laboratory? Art or Science? Seasonal Symphonia Cocktail or Symphonia Gin & Tonic?

You’ll probably want to answer ‘yes’ to all of the above. This is a unique experience that doesn’t fit neatly into a single category. The good news is, it goes down as well as the delicious products available at the new, fully operational Woodlab Distillery - home of Symphonia Spirits.

This is not your typical gin distillery. In its tranquil setting, it has the look and feel of a classic laboratory. Think white coats, rotary evaporators and microwave extraction units. You’ll see workbenches and scientific glassware used for developing recipes. You’ll see the beautiful countryside of Moy, Co. Tyrone all around you, as you travel the short distance to get here -  just 45 minutes’ drive from Belfast and less than 2 hours from Dublin.

You’ll discover how science turns to art as the various local flavours are carefully balanced to make a series of unique compositions. You’ll learn all about these bespoke distillation processes in a quirky classroom (and an environmentally-friendly-environment).

Choose a giant adventure for your senses with a fully guided tour lasting approximately 90 minutes. You’ll feel like a pioneering scientist as you discover, create and more importantly – sample each and every one of them. “Yum” is the word here...

So embrace your giant spirit - and our giant spirits - with an Arrivals Reception consisting of Symphonia’s Dry Gin & Tonic, a feast of scientific knowledge and a sampling of the full spirits range.

Mix with friends and you have the perfect recipe for a memorable experience.
