About
Classes begin at 09:00 with coffee/tea, toast and a chat. We get started, mixing all our doughs by hand and letting them ferment.Once ready, and after a short coffee break with some of our unique sweet bakes, we shape our dough and allow it to proof. We then spend time talking about and understanding how to make and look after a sourdough starter. Before the particpants make refresh their own to take home with them.
We finish the day baking all the bread and enjoy it with a few of Ursa Minors famous seasonal lunch dishes.
Once the bread is fully baked and cool, the particpants wrap it up and head home to share with friends and family.
