About

Our first spirit, Shortcross Gin, was released in April 2014 and is inspired by its surroundings of lush gardens and forest fauna. Shortcross was created to be a classical Gin with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. It is highly aromatic with an exceptionally long and smooth finish.

Following on from the success of Shortcross Gin, the first casks of our Irish Whiskey were laid down at Rademon Estate Distillery in 2015. Our whiskies are double distilled on bespoke copper pot stills to create a fuller bodied spirit. The distillery is also focusing on the innovative use of cereals and cask selection to create new flavour profiles.

We welcome guests from all over the world to explore our unique working distillery and visitors centre.

Experience Tour and Tasting - We offer exclusive pre-booked tour and tasting experiences, these will unlock some of the secrets and skills that go into creating our single malt whiskey and Shortcross Gin.

David Boyd-Armstrong, our Head Distiller, will talk you through the fascinating process; from how we harvest local botanicals, draw fresh water from the distillery well, distil on a bespoke copper pot still and bottle and label the finished product on site. After the tour, discover our Visitor Centre and fully licenced bar. Enjoy a guided tasting and browse the Distillery Shop.
