The Misty Burn

2 Church Road, Glenwherry, County Antrim, BT42 3EQ
The Misty Burn

Located in one of the borough’s most historic buildings, formerly the 287-year-old Battery Inn, The Misty Burn is a bright spacious coffee shop with convenience store, located between Larne and Ballymena, offering incredible countryside views whilst you enjoy a tasty treat.

It still retains old world rustic charm, with its original fireplace and wooden beams, making it the perfect place to go for breakfast, lunch, take-aways, daily specials, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea or to simply enjoy a coffee. You can enjoy a lite bite or a hearty meal from their daily specials, including their very own Misty Burn burger, freshly cooked chicken goujons and homemade desserts.

The Misty Burn serves only the best of fresh local produce from a wide range of local suppliers including fresh meat from Ferguson’s Cullybackey, bread and cakes from R.J. Kerr’s and ice cream from Mauds to name but a few.

It also has an onsite convenience store offering local baked good and a wide range of traditional sweets for sale.

Afternoon Tea - A wide choice of freshly made sandwiches, scones and a selection of homemade desserts with choice of tea or coffee. Booking is advisable
