About

The Kingfisher Kitchen at Castle Espie offers a selection of delicious homemade food as well as speciality Fairtrade coffees, teas and a range of soft drinks. The tasty menu includes homemade dishes with vegetarian and children’s options available.

Nestled in a quiet location on the North Western shore of Strangford Lough, the Kingfisher Kitchen offers unrivalled and uninterrupted views across to Scrabo Tower.

While enjoying a freshly baked scone, homemade sandwich or traybake, you can enjoy views of the nature reserve and Sensory Garden.

The café seats up to 120. Larger groups can be catered for by prior arrangement and our facilities can be hired for corporate functions and training events.
