The Coffee Doc in Larne is a family owned business, that's been operated by the McCullough family at this location since 1984. Originally a bakery, its equipment is still used today.

We offer a ‘Prescription for a better day’ with our medical theme throughout the décor and our offering making for a unique eating experience. Our collection of historical medical equipment can be seen in our cabinets. Kid’s eyes light up when their meal is served in a first aid box! Milk can be found in medical bottles and expect a syringe filled with BBQ sauce on the side of your burger.

Our menu’s offer a range of products to suits all our customer’s needs: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner – Junior Doc – ‘Free From’ allergy friendly menu. Our traybake and cake offering includes a range of allergy friendly items. We bake fresh scones, breads and pastries daily in our 1st floor bakery with our home made Banoffees a top seller.

We stock Mullins ice cream and our sundae menu is a hit all year round. Our Freak Shakes are an impressive kids' favourite coming in 3 flavours; Skittles, Oreo and unicorn theme, a Mullins ice cream milkshake topped with cake and all things sweet.
Our vast drinks menu offers great coffee, 12 flavours of syrup, loose leaf tea, smoothies, Mullins ice cream shakes. We also stock Soya or almond milk alternatives and our new skinny milk.

We have joined ‘The Conscious Cup Campaign’ in an aim to reduce the amount of waste caused by single use coffee cups. Buy one of our reusable cups and get 10% off your hot drink every time you use it.

Entertainment - We have monthly live music events, with customers taking advantage of our BYO with no corkage charge to wash down their evening meal. Mondays at The Craft Clinic: every week local business owner Jenni Mac holds a craft clinic so come along and make new friends, enjoy a hot drink and catch up on some crafting. Tuesdays are Games Night run by Larne Area Gaming Group from 18:30.
