WHAT IS INCLUDED
Join us for a unique experience as you get in touch with your inner yogi in a beginner-friendly 60 minutes yoga session in the depths of the Marble Arch Caves. Relax body and mind as we connect to nature inside the cave with an inviting and inspiring class welcome to all levels. This multi-sensory experience will take your yoga practice to a place it has never been, surrounded by the sights and sounds of mother earth deep in the heart of the show cave, 50 metres underground. Our Yoga Session will indulge in restorative poses.
Event Instructor
The Yoga session will be led by Genny Brown from Yoga Ocean. Genny is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Now Teacher and has a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. During this indulgence yoga session, Genny will cave bring the cave environment, its beauty, sounds and atmosphere into her yoga session.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring along a yoga mat, a blanket as the temperature in the cave is around 9 degrees so please dress for your temperature comfort level- socks, hat and a jumper or similar. We suggest you bring a hand towel (you may experience a few drops of water from the cave ceiling) and a warm drink in a flask with you.
Please note that we will walk down 154 steps to enter the cave, so runners/flat shoes are suggested. You may choose to be barefoot/socks or use yoga shoes once on your mat.
BOOKING INFORMATION
You don’t need to be an experienced yogi to join this session. These classes are very private, so you can relax with no more than ten people on the session. Space is limited and advanced booking through the Marble Arch Caves is required. This is not a yoga programme of multiple sessions but individual sessions run with a similar style and programme.
Due to the type of event all amounts paid here under shall be non refundable once paid. In the instance of the event being cancelled due to inclement weather refunds will be provided in this instance.
