The accommodation includes 5 bedrooms. Master Bedroom, Kingsize double en-suite, 2 further Doubles (1 with en-suite) and 2 singles. A large lounge and an additional lounge for reading and relaxing. There is a well equipped kitchen with gas hob and open plan dining and sitting area with a wood burning stove. Patio to the rear for a barbeque and undercover car port and plenty of parking space.

Roseyards Country House is central to all the tourist attractions, Giants Causeway, Glens of Antrim, Gracehill Golf Club, The Dark Hedges and the coastal resorts of Portrush & Portstewart.

Near to the town of Coleraine and 2.5 miles from the shopping town of Ballymoney, which has all conveniences including doctors, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre Museum, places of worship, Tourist Information Centre and much more.
