Plum Tree Cottage


The cottage is furnished to a high standard with traditional and contemporary features.
We have private parking for 2 vehicles. 

It comprises of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, separate storage unit for hiking, golf, surfing equipment etc. A private garden with two decking areas to relax after a full day of exploring. Storage for outdoor equip.

The living room has a flat screen TV with Freeview and BT Sport, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There is a leather sofa, dining table and chairs. Also provided are a selection of games, books and DVDs.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 comprise of a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers, luggage rack, bedding, towels and hairdryer. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with bedside locker, open wardrobe, bedding and towels.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker/oven/grill a fridge freezer,washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. 
Bathroom has a bath with electric shower, washbasin and toilet.
First aid kit and safe for laptop etc provided.

Local shops, petrol station, restaurants and pubs all within 1.5 miles. Bus station is situated in town and nearest train station is Bellarena - 13 minutes by car.

The cottage is only a 5 minute drive from the Roe Valley Country Park and the Roe Park Golf Resort. Binevenagh Mountain (as seen in Game of Thrones®) is 19 minutes away where you can see outstanding views of Magilligan, Portrush, Portstewart and Donegal. Benone Beach, which is Blue Flag designated, is 22 minutes away. The Old Bushmills Distillery and the Giant's Causeway are 41 minutes travel time.

Plum Tree Cottage is a great base to explore Derry/Londonderry with its historic walls, shopping arcades and artisan shops (24 minutes), and Donegal with the Wild Atlantic Way being only 45 minutes away. Belfast is 90 minutes by car where the Titanic Belfast can be experienced along with other attractions.
