One Sussex Place

About

One Sussex Place Apartments are set in a newly renovated Victorian, Grade B listed building in the centre of Belfast City.

The original building was constructed in 1880 and since then has been used as both a convent and a school. The building has recently been renovated to an exceptional standard, meaning that it now has all the modern features and comforts that you would expect, but without losing and of the historical features in the original building.

In the original building you will find striking ceiling coving, ceiling roses and stain glass windows that have been preserved with the upmost of care. This part of the building allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds as you will also find free WIFI, flat screen TV's and modern fully fitted kitchens in each apartment. All of the one bedroom apartments are found in this building, along with our expansive front facing two bedroom penthouse.
