Loughbrickland Courtyard is ideally situated as a base from which to enjoy the many delights of County Down and County Armagh. Two cottages, Coolnacran and Lisnagade have been created in the old stone coach house behind historic Loughbrickland House. We were awarded 'Best Self-Catering accommodation in Co. Lisnagade in Loughbrickland Courtyard, has two double/twin en suite bedrooms. The cosy living room has traditional cast iron fireplace with easy to use log effect gas fire which creates a cheerful atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and laundry facilities are separate with 24/7 access. We supply a welcome basket of goodies including home baked bread, milk, tea, etc. The living room opens onto a dedicated furnished patio area and a safe place where children can play. Safety gates for stairs. The TV/DVD player will make even wet days enjoyable and there are games, books and toys available.

Easy to reach, especially from Dublin or Belfast, Loughbrickland Courtyard is close to the bustling town of Banbridge with the Outlet Shopping Centre nearby. A 20 minute drive towards Belfast takes you to historic Hillsborough with its Castle and Gardens and the popular Forest park with its walk around the lake. You can also explore the Bronte country with memories of Patrick Bronte (father of Emily, Anne and Charlotte), go adventuring in Castlewellan Forest park and in Tollymore Forst Park, try mountain-walking or even mountaineering in the Mournes, admire the architecture and gardens of Mount Stewart and other National Trust properties in Co.
