The master bedroom with ensuite features a dual motorised, simba memory foam, super-king bed, wireless blackout blinds, balcony window & ceiling smart TV. *Master bedroom (room 104) is included if you are booking more than 6 guests (totalling all adults/children.) If not, it is available at an additional £27/night, please let us know and we can add this on after the booking is confirmed. Either way you have the house to yourself but we lock off the unoccupied bedrooms.

The upstairs bathroom has a wonderful bath with windows allowing you to look out at the view as you relax.

The downstairs level of 'Little Acres' is fitted with underfloor heating throughout, and there's also a woodburning stove to make sure you are cosy during your stay. The sunroom boasts panoramic views of the countryside, with a sunset view that you won't want to miss!

The open planned kitchen has a stunning range cooker, large island for all of your self-catering needs! For larger groups, we can set table extension & more chairs for up to 10 people dining.

We'll provide a welcome hamper along with fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. You'll also have still and sparkling bottled water at your bedside.

- Kick back and relax in the secluded reading nook which is surrounded by old Belfast bricks.
- Snuggle up in the cinema room with Sonos surround sound and an automated drop-down screen and HD projector.
- Automatic back massager.
- Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine
- Throughout the house, you can make use of our accounts on Netflix, Amazon prime, Sky TV & Sky Cinema. Of course, you could also play the PS4 that is also linked to the cinema screen with Sonos 5.1 surround sound.

(Patio is still undergoing some construction works but still enjoyable & mostly complete)
