The listed Georgian property (approx 200 year old) has been modernised, retaining all of its original charm. It is set in a beautiful quiet country setting whilst only minutes from Derry City Centre.

Enjoy staying in the luxury of 2 charming inter-connecting double attic rooms with an en suite shower.

Breakfast is served in the bright stunning conservatory overlooking the mature gardens. We offer safe private free parking within the gated dwelling. Guests have use of free WiFi throughout the house. Relax in the lounge with Sky TV or enjoy the peace and quiet in the conservatory.
