A modern, 3 bedroom self-catering holiday cottage which enjoys all the attributes of rural living while being located approximately 30 minutes from Belfast and a short drive from Banbridge town centre.

The house is tastefully furnished inside, with a fully equipped kitchen, games room with table football and darts and a large patio area to the rear, ideal for those fine summer evenings. It is suitable for all ages and is very accessible. The property boasts panoramic countryside and mountain views, it is the perfect place to relax after a day sampling the many activities in the area.

Ground floor: lounge, kitchen/diner with all modern conveniences, utility room, 2 kingsize or twin rooms, 1 twin room, bathroom with separate shower, shower room.

This property is limited mobility friendly - there is a ramp in to the front door, there are grab handles in the showers and the halls are wide enough for a wheelchair. A shower chair is also available.

Electricity and oil central heating included, linen and towels included.
Facilities include; Electric fire, cot, high chair, Smart TV, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, internet access, hairdryer, welcome pack, partially enclosed garden, patio area, picnic bench, private off road parking. Games room with table football, dartboard and games console also available. Also includes Free Wi-Fi.

The property has views over the Mourne Mountains, which lie to the south. The region is known to motorists who travel the main A1 route between Belfast and Dublin which bisects the area through the picturesque drumlin landscape. Banbridge has loads to offer for the whole family and a holiday that will be remembered.
