About

The house is located separately on the farm and you will have full access to the area within the walled boundary.

The house has 3 reception areas: a large living room, large kitchen/lounge area with wood burning fireplace, large sunroom.

One bedroom is located downstairs along with a downstairs shower room, making it suitable for anyone not able to manage stairs.

Smart TV is provided in the Kitchen/lounge area and sunroom. TV in master suite and double bedroom. There is a large utility room for guests to wash n dry clothing, store Wellington boots, coats etc.

Games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, board games, Wii console, Xbox 360, DVD's, books, Netflix, Nowtv.

Berg go kart available on request.
