Accommodation comprises:

Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room: Located on the ground floor the master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower room with electric shower.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board and all the other essentials you might need during your stay. The dining area has double doors opening onto an enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine with a cold drink.

First floor Living Room: With stunning views over Tollymore Forest, the Mourne Mountains and to the sea beyond the large living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs along with a multi-fuel stove, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and an extensive collection of books, CDs, DVDs and games for our guests to enjoy. There is also a Juliet balcony to make the most of the views.

Second Bedroom: Double bed, dressing table and hairdryer. Views over the rear garden.

Third Bedroom: Twin beds, double wardrobe. Views over the rear garden.

Main Bathroom: Modern bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and bath with ‘telephone’ shower head.
