Downhill Seaside Cottage

About

Downhill Seaside Cottage is a self-catering accommodation and has been awarded 4 stars by Tourism Northern Ireland. The cottage islocated across the road from the renowned Downhill Beach, offering visitors unbeatable ocean views, immediate beach access as well as plenty of beach activities (such as surfing and kite surfing) and hiking possibilities. Downhill Beach was used in the filming of Game of Thrones® as Dragonstone, where the Seven Gods of Westeros were burned in Season 2 Episode 1, and Melisandre, flames dancing into the night sky, proclaimed: “For the night is dark and full of terrors.”

Our living room, kitchen and dining area are located upstairs to take advantage of the views out to the beach; the three bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs and beneficial for accessibility.

We are a kids-friendly accommodation, with travel cot, high chair, baby toilet seat and stair gate available. For visitors who wish to bring their 4-legged friend, we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis; please contact us directly.

Please note that we only take reservations of 3 nights at the minimum.
