14 Deramore Avenue, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT7 3ER

Located just off the trendiest part of the Ormeau Road on a beautiful tree-lined avenue, this house has it all - sumptuous carpets, roll-top bath, softest dressing gowns, walk in rain-shower, plushest mattresses, fully equipped kitchen.

If you want to really enjoy your time in Belfast, this is most definitely the place to do it. We're sure you will enjoy staying here just as much as we've enjoyed designing it.

We know holiday homes can sometimes feel impersonal, so we've spent a lot of time making this place feel special, combining the traditional features of a 1920's townhouse with modern decor and luxury.

You'll be free to enjoy the place in peace, but should you need anything, we live just around the corner, and can help you with any queries you may have about the local area, or further afield in beautiful Ireland.

The local area is choc-full of great coffee shops, restaurants, and some of Belfast's best and oldest bars. The beautiful historic Ormeau Park is minutes’ walk away, and has something for everyone. Botanic Gardens, and Queens University are a short walk along the River Lagan.

The Ormeau Road is a main route out of town, so many attractions such as Game of Thrones locations, Castle Ward, Strangford Lough, Rowallen and Mount Stewart are an easy 40 min drive away
