Two bed (sleeps 5) farm cottage complete with digital TV with radio, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oil fired central heating with pot belly fire, situated approx just 10 mile from the busy town of Magherafelt & 1 mile from Draperstown on the Mulnavoo road Dan’s Cottage is accessed by a gravel stone lane, once arrived you have breathtaking panoramic views of the Sperrins mountains, Fishing along the Moyola River were it runs along the surrounding land off the property, Stables to cater for any horse riding enthusiasts, cycling or walking along the Sperrins treks, a place to get away from it all.
Hot air balloons in the surrounding skies throughout June, local established licensed restaurants, Moyola golfing club nearby.
