Concord Townhouse

Concord Townhouse is an Edwardian property just a short 2 min stroll into the town centre of Bushmills. The house is near the river on Bridge Street, just beside the pretty stone Cornmill. The house has been decorated with great care and attention to detail as it is a much cherished family holiday home. The owners run an award winning bed and breakfast near Hillsborough, Co. Down and have just released this property to the rental market in 2017. There is a driveway, parking for 2 cars and a garden for children to play. The outside shower is perfect for beach days!

Just a short stroll away is the Bush River, salmon fishing permits can be obtained right next to the house in the salmon fishery, beside the famous old Stone Cornmill on the river. Just up the street are some fantastic cafes, restaurants and little shops. The world famous Giant’s Causeway heritage site is just a 2 mile walk on a coastal path and the beach just 1.5 miles away, same path. The North coast has so much to offer, caves to explore, pretty harbours, Carrick a rede rope bridge, boat trips, Distillery tour and the friendliest of people!
