A peaceful and relaxing location overlooking the gardens of the Theological College, whilst being close to numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres, cinemas, the Botanic Gardens, buses and Botanic Train Station, all within easy walking distance.

This spacious ground floor apartment with own door access to the street, offers one double bedroom with king size bed, living room with cast iron gas fireplace, sofa bed (sleeps 1-2), dining & lounge area, broadband, TV with DVD & USB output facilities, bathroom with shaver point, original restored cast iron bath & shower, fully equipped kitchen including built-in fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. Gas central heating. No garden, but a simple flower bed with roses and hydrangeas.
