About

This guest suite sleeps up to three people.

It is situated in a quiet area on a main road, near Lisburn.

Our guest area is suitable for all types of travellers, whether for work or on holiday.

There is free car parking & WiFi.

We are beside Lisburn and 25 minutes by car from Belfast City centre and the Belfast International Airport.

Near by: Ulster Grand Prix; Gowdy’s Race course; Balmoral Park; Eikon Exhibition Centre; Hillsborough; Lisburn Leisure Centre.

The space

It’s been decorated to create a homely, quiet, cosy stay for guests.

It has a kitchen with: microwave, a 2 hob portable cooker, along with all the essentials such as, mugs, cutlery, tea, coffee, etc.

There is an ensuite with a spacious shower and a bedroom with an oak triple sleeper!

We provide some breakfast items if guests want to avail of them: milk, cereal, bread, butter, yoghurt, tea & coffee, etc, for the first couple of days for guests to get started.

There is a washing machine and we ask that guests to use the eco 1 hour washes.

The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every guest stay.

Guest access

You will be at the back of our bungalow, attached to the main house but in your own space.
There is an outside door to your guest suite.

Guests can walk around the grounds and sit outside. There is a swing in the garden for any children who want to use it.

 We have a big yard where guests can park.

We have room for cars, vans, motorbikes etc.
