This recently refurbished and stylish three bedroom home provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring this part of Northern Ireland. 

The house comprises two king-size rooms, one ensuite. The third bedroom has a bunkbed – the maximum occupancy is for six people. The family bathroom is also upstairs.

Downstairs is open plan in a cottage style with comfortable furnishings, a SMART TV and a recently installed modern kitchen. Superfast broadband is available for the duration of your stay free of charge. The garden at the rear of the property is quiet and away from the road and overlooks the water.

Smuggler's Table restaurant is a stones throw from the front door and the centre of Killyleagh is a five minute walk to the shops. 

The property is ideally located for a number of local wedding venues, including Tullyveery House, Finnebrogue Woods, Dufferin Hall, Runaway Irish Weddings and The Mill at Ballydugan. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Strangford Lough activity Centre is a short driveway where you can book, kayaking, paddle, boarding, canoeing, and boat tours.

This is a pet friendly property. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of £25 if pets stay at this home.
