About

We offer a fresh, modern, two-bedroom apartment in a suburb location with living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with a full sized bath, and its own private balcony overlooking the river and a communal private garden.

This third floor apartment, accessible by lift or stairs, is within a secure purpose-built development with a dedicated parking space.

The living room boasts two comfortable leather sofas for relaxing and watching the 40 inch HD Smart TV, complete with Freeview Play and free wifi. The dining table can be utilised as a work station.

Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and a great view of Cave Hill and the iconic Samson and Goliath cranes.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a four-ringed gas cooker, fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are all supplied, as are complimentary tea and coffee facilities, biscuits and cereal.

Also supplied are two hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, and in the bathroom is a magnifying mirror and skin-sensitive toiletries.

For your safety, there are smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, fire blankets, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
