Situated on the corner of the Ballywillan Road and just a few minutes walk to the East Strand beach,
town centre and Royal Portrush golf course, 3 Strathroy Mews is a three bedroom holiday
home which offers luxurious accommodation in a superior position.

On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a WC. Upstairs
there is a double ensuite bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the
bath.

Outside there is an enclosed patio area with furniture together with ample private parking. Facilities include LCD TV, DVD player, WiFi internet access, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker.

Heating and electric are included.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

This property is let as non-smoking. Sorry no pets.
