This is a recently refurbished semi-detached property, comprising of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and WiFi throughout. There is a spacious lounge with Freeview television, comfortable seating and a range of books and toys.

The Kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The separate dining room has seating for 6 guests plus one child's high chair. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is situated on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds and Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the first floor along with the shower room which has an electric Shower. There is a large rear garden with seating area.

The house is situated within 20 minutes drive from Belfast International Airport and 13 minutes from George Best Belfast City Airport. Belfast city centre is located 2.3 miles and is accessible via the local metro bus service. There is a Tesco supermarket less than 10 minutes walk and also local shops and cafes within easy walking distance. Woodvale park is 200m away and includes a children's play park. The main bus routes into the town centre are situated directly outside the house and will leave guests at Belfast City Hall. Also local Taxi companies are available and very reliable.
