Ten Hollyheath is a delightful bungalow with its own private and secluded garden on Derryvolgie Ave, a tree lined avenue between the Malone and Lisburn Roads in the prestigious BT9 quartier of Belfast. Fully insured for short-term letting with high-speed broadband, SKY TV, gas-fired central heating and all mod-cons. French doors lead from the dining area to a patio with seating for eight and a glass-topped dining table also a gas-fired barbecue (braai for our South African or Barbie for our Aussie friends and relations. Two parking spaces and a convenient walk to Queen’s University and our teaching hospitals.
