A brand new restaurant and kitchen team was appointed at The Nines in 2023, under the direction of newly appointed Head Chef Mateusz Ostradecki.
Mateusz brings a wealth of knowledge & expertise developed alongside some of Northern Ireland’s most notable Chefs of the past decade.
Our philosophy is simple, to create hugely memorable dining experiences through fresh innovative ideas using the highest quality local suppliers and ingredients.

We’re a Bangor neighbourhood bar, offering warm welcomes to visitors from afar.
Chill out on the terrace or in a bay window for sun down or in one of our various purpose built intimate nooks with another or a group.
Our 9 signature cocktails flow all day daily, or browse our wine lists or taps to the soulful Nines soundtrack.
Our Rooms...
This Era of development for The Nines will see batches of our existing hotel rooms at a time undergo significant refurbishment. These seaside hideouts will have a contemporary but highly luxurious feel allowing for the perfect getaway & visits on special occasions.
