About

The Gatehouse, Mullan's Bay, Boa Island, is a luxury five bedroom chalet which sleeps ten comfortably. All rooms are en suite. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a wood burning stove, which can be lit prior to your arrival if required. A sun room off the living room has French doors leading onto a paved patio and barbecue area. The property is located on a 20 acre mature parkland setting, with a jetty/slipway for residents use only and a lakeside barbecue area. Extensive pathways along the loughshore provide the perfect place to enjoy a walk and experience the nature and wildlife of Lower Lough Erne. Strictly no smoking and strictly no pets.
