About

The quiet and secluded first floor flat at Churchfield is best suited for 1 or 2 people on a business or leisure stay. It is a two minute walk to Holywood High Street where there is a great choice of cafes, restaurants and shops. The railway station (12 minutes by train to Belfast) is a 10 minute walk, and Belfast City airport is a 5 minute drive.

With its own entrance from the private off-road parking area, the flat comprises a cosy living room with a compact kitchen, that leads to a double bedroom via three steps with an en-suite shower room. The flat overlooks the walled garden, with lovely views to the Holywood hills.

The flat is fully serviced with bed/bath/kitchen linen (replenished weekly for longer stays). There is a washing machine in a building next to the flat (for guest use only). There is a mature garden and we welcome guests to use and enjoy it. We regret we cannot have pets in the flat, or smoking.

The flat is available from 3 nights to several months. 2023 rates are £78 per night or £460 per week.
