About

Roseleigh House is a family run guest house owned and managed by Donna and James McCumiskey. It is a period Victorian house with lots of character, located two miles south of the city centre in leafy Rosetta Park. We are just a few minutes walk from the popular Ormeau Road with a choice of bars, shops and restaurants and are within a five minute drive from the city centre, Titanic Quarter, SSE Arena and W5. The car ferries and George Best City Airport are within a ten minute drive.

We provide guesthouse accommodation with six bedrooms, each tastefully decorated to create a warm inviting atmosphere and an ideal place to relax. For your comfort each bedroom provides en suite facilities with shower/ bath, LCD flat-screen TV with Freeview, radio alarm, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, toiletries and free WiFi. We also offer free on site parking

Guests staying at Roseleigh House can look forward to a varied and delicious breakfast menu catering to all tastes. We source local organically produced food for our cooked breakfasts: Irish breakfast, Ulster fry, salmon and scrambled eggs, omelette and French toast, which are accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruits, toast and freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas.
