About

Poet's Rest, near Titanic Belfast, is named in honour of famous Irish poet Louis MacNeice who was born across the street in 1904.
The accommodation is an apartment in a converted Victorian house. Accommodation comprises master bedroom, bathroom, living room, hall and kitchen. 

The bedroom has a kingsize bed with two single duvets, large double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamp.  Beds have luxury duck feather and down pillows and duvets enhanced with eco-friendly pure linen.The living room has a pull down single ‘Murphy’ bed. There is a couch that can be set up as another single bed with a Duvalay. A camper bed is also available.

There is a dining table with four chairs, large bay windows, Game Of Thrones wall, living flame fire and smart TV. Kitchen has kettle, coffee machine, french coffee press, toaster, slow cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker with gas hob and electric oven and grill. Pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and crockery supplied. The bathroom has a step-up shower, sink, toilet and cabinet.
The apartment has gas central heating and an unlimited supply of hot water. There is also a steam iron and ironing board, a pulley clothes horse, hot water bottles and hairdryer. 

Poet's Rest is eco-friendly, supplying washable cotton pads, face cloths, bamboo toilet paper and glass water bottles. It uses plant-based cleaning materials with no chemicals.
Poet's Rest has a Hauck travel cot and high chair. Blind cords are installed high up to keep younger children safe. Fire and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted. Children's books are available.

Poet's Rest is dog friendly. A dog bed, blanket, toy, treats and bowls are provided. The Waterworks Park is about 60 metres down the street for walks, children's play park and Saturday Park Run jog. Belfast Castle is close by with stunning scenery at Cave Hill Country Park. Views of Belfast are spectacular from Cave Hill.
