This luxury period property has a beautiful wide entrance hall with original stained glass and stairway. The spacious living room boasts a wood burning stove, perfect for winter nights. There are three sofas, seating eight. Four of the seats have a reclining function for total relaxation. The large open plan kitchen/dining/living has a brand new fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and five ring gas hob. The extending dining table seats 8. The seating area has a comfortable three seater sofa and leads to the patio area via double doors. The ground floor has a large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom comprising a new suite including shower, bath and LED mirror. Of the bedrooms, there are three with double beds and one with twin single beds. The property has unlimited high speed internet and a 50 Inch Smart TV is provided. Free onsite parking is available for two cars.

The property overlooks Ormeau golf club which allows access to non-members on week days for a fee. The clubhouse restaurant is open to the public. Across the road is the historic Ormeau Park with its beautiful walkways, playparks, and sports facilities including tennis courts, bowling greens and soccer pitches. It is also home to the Ozone indoor tennis centre which houses a climbing wall, gym and a laser zone. The trendy Ormeau Road, which is less than five minutes walk away has many coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

The Kingspan Rugby stadium, Belfast’s Lagan Towpath, Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum, Lyric Theatre and Queen’s University are all within walking distance. St George’s Market at weekends is definitely worth a look, with its lovely music and food. The world renowned Titanic Belfast is 8 mins drive away. The house is a 5 min drive to the City Centre and is easily accessible to both the M1 and M2 motorways.
